Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be a current student and register with a valid school email
• Agree to respectful and safe use of the platform
• Not impersonate others or use fake school credentials

2. Account Setup & Usage

• Each user receives 7 Wivv Drops every 7 days. Drops do not accumulate beyond this weekly quota.
• A progress bar tracks Wivv usage (e.g. 4/7 used). Reset occurs 7 days after your sign-up or previous reset.
• Users can purchase additional drops using Wivv Coins (10 coins = 1 drop).

3. XP & Wivv Coins

Wivv uses two systems:

• XP Points are earned for engaging with the platform. These are not spendable but may unlock profile upgrades, badges, or status levels.
• Wivv Coins are a spendable currency used for:
  • Buying more crush drops
  • Revealing anonymous Wivvs
  • Boosting crush visibility
  • Unlocking avatar themes and vibe colors (future feature)

All purchases are final. Coin packages are sold in-app. You may not resell or trade coins or XP.

4. Profile Pictures & Voting

• Users may upload a public profile photo or use default avatars.
• Images must be facial photos and will be screened for appropriateness.
• Public profiles can be voted on with reactions: "Cute", "Heart", or "Hot"
• Votes earn XP and/or Wivv Coins

Downloading or taking screenshots of other users' profiles is strictly prohibited.

5. Invite System

• Each user receives a Wivv Invite Code to connect with friends.
• Codes rotate every hour and must be shared privately.
• Drops can only be sent to students within your own school unless you are explicitly invited by the recipient.

6. Conduct

You may not:

• Harass, bully, or impersonate other users
• Upload inappropriate or explicit content
• Misuse the anonymous nature of crush drops

Violation may result in immediate ban and reporting to school authorities if needed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wivv is not liable for emotional, social, or psychological outcomes from app use. You agree to use the app as a form of entertainment and self-expression, not as a substitute for communication, therapy, or formal advice.

8. Updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
